We’re a family run business. Established by Gerald Harries in 1977 as a haulage business, we’re now managed by Gerald’s son Ian. With Ian’s vision and determination the business has now developed and grown by responding to your needs and has become a large scale operation hiring only the highest calibre of staff.
Our development
A wise capital investment resulted in the acquisition of our first quarry in 2000. We then acquired our first tarmac plant in 2008 and the former F.H Gilman & co. West Wales operations in 2011. Together with expansions into other product and service areas, this has resulted in our capacity to deliver high value contracts across a wide range of sectors.
