Exciting changes afoot in Mid Devon

With the new year in full swing, the West Country new and used plant and agricultural machinery specialist, Machine Serve, has some exciting announcements to make.

The Mid-Devon company, already affiliated dealers and leading stockists for Yanmar, Ghedini, Arrowhead and Lumag, will be selling the range of 5, 22HP to 60HP Yanmar compact tractors, and will stock a wide range of attachments to really enable farmers to make the most of such a versatile machine.

The agricultural machinery manufacturer, Yanmar is changing its colours from yellow to red which is being slowly phased throughout its range. Machine Serve has just received a brand new Yanmar ViO50 excavator in red and staff say that it 'looks amazing!'

New stock will be arriving in February and March, in time for Machine Serve's three open days from Thursday, March 24 to Saturday, March 26, subject to Covid measures. This is the first open day hosted by the company in more than a year and it promises prospective customers to get up close to the machinery to and to 'try before you buy'. There will be interactive demonstrations of excavators, construction equipment and a whole arsenal of attachments.

The construction of Machine Serve's new site in mid Devon is now underway. Once completed, it will consist of a new workshop, a parts store/shop, offices, and a showroom. Currently, the building has a roof and legs, and workmen are in the process of implementing groundworks and brickwork.

Anyone wanting to see a live demonstration of the concreting tools and equipment in action, such as the magic screeds, power floats or plate compactors, whilst the work is taking place, should get in touch, via www.machineserve.co.uk or email joey@machineserve.co.uk
